Position Summary;



  • The office assistant (OA) will be in charge of keeping the office in shape, attending to operations’ request, following up on logistics, documentation amongst others.

  • The OA will ensure the smooth and effective running of the office. He must understand the vision of the company and be creative on ways to boost general effectiveness


Organization Interface;


The office assistant will report to the operations manager. He will be required at times to work closely with the truck providers and office personnel


Performance Objectives;



  • Acquaint with organization procedures and work flow

  • Deliverables are measured in assignment delivered without follow ups or supervision

  • Should project ahead and know things that ought to be done without being told

  • Keep office documents and properties with diligence and in a proper manner

  • Be agile

  • Should be able to learn and imbibe company culture


Requirements;



  • Strong communication skill and good command of english

  • Must be very smart, willing to learn, agile and quick

  • Minimum of SSCE

  • Must be reside around Ojodu Berger, Agege, Ikeja  (please do not apply if you stay outside these areas)

  • Candidate should be extremely observant and possess good attention to details. Must be polite, passionate and well organized.

  • Candidate must strive to understand the vision of the company and be willing to run with this vision. Must be willing to be relevant and be an effective part of the organization.
