Stock control of office and training center supplies and equipment and placing orders when required.

Liaising with individuals and companies to ensure that they are properly briefed on the training requirements and that training is delivered.
Maintaining training records and certificates ensuring that they are up-to-date and in compliance with industry regulations and standards. Production of Training Materials
Responsible for coordinating all training requests and bookings for customers either internal or external at the training canter.
Liaising with external training providers to ensure bookings are made.
Liaising with training lecturers to ensure that training courses are scheduled, prepared, and completed on time and on budget.
Following up with external training providers to ensure bookings were attended, receiving course certificates from external suppliers, then uploading them into a central database.
Ensuring that purchase requisitions for all external suppliers are valid, creating/increasing as required.
Producing training quotes for customers.
Ensuring that office policies and procedures are followed, including health and safety guidelines and data protection regulations.
Collating and producing monthly statistical reports for management
Requirements:
10 years of training experience in the oil and gas/Marine industry.
Bachelor’s degree in any social sciences.
Familiarity with industry best practices and standards
Ability to translate complex problems and concepts in training.
Strong leadership and communication skills
