DESCRIPTIONS



  • Organize and maintain personnel records

  • Develop and implement effective talent attraction, retention, and performance management systems and procedures

  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)

  • Effectively manage contractors and suppliers in an optimal manner

  • Effectively manage business utilities and equipment in an optimal manner

  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides

  • Revise company policies

  • Develop training and onboarding material

  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance

  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)

  • Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues

  • Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)

  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms

  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer

  • First Degree in Human Resources or any related fields

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role

  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws

  • Minimum 2 years cognate experience in Human Resource Management

  • Experience using HR and Payroll Software

  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)

  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

  • Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills

  • Membership in relevant professional bodies (CIPM) will be an added advantage

  • Applicants must reside in Lagos; residence around Amuwo Odofin, Mile2, Festac, Coker, Apapa, etc will be an added advantage
