Requirements

• Proven 3- 5 years experience in performance management, target setting, and employee coaching.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective feedback and collaborate with stakeholders.


• Demonstrated ability to drive performance improvement and motivate teams to achieve targets.


• Knowledge of performance management software and tools is a plus.
