Assist in planning and implementation of marketing strategies basing on the company’s annual strategic plans.
Monitor and evaluate the company’s marketing operations using agreed-upon marketing metrics & KPIs assigned by management.
Marketing research: To collaborate with the various units to provide quarterly reports on the following marketing metrics.
Event management: Coordinate and lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage Sambus events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities. This includes liaising with other departments in Sambus to manage and organise company events successfully
Brand engagement: Generate and implement innovative plans and strategies to enhance brand engagement and clients awareness of Sambus brand, products and services.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities: To identify opportunities and avenues for Sambus to undertake strategic CSR initiatives that will enhance the reputation and image of the Sambus brand. This is to be done by using Environmental, Social & Governance (i.e. ESG) metrics to guide the development and implementation of CSR initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Business Administration / Marketing / Psychology or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in I.T, Geospatial/SaaS/GIS or related industries.
Skills:
Commercial awareness and business acumen.
Copywriting and design skills preferred but not essential.
Skills in I.T and social media.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint and MS Teams).
