Job Description

• In this role, you will lead the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout the life of the various projects at RenMoney.


• Responsibilities


• Perform requirements gathering and analysis consisting of GAP analysis in order to provide high-quality and detailed requirements, ensuring the closest involvement with, and agreement from the user community


• Create prototypes and simulations to provide an accurate, graphical user interface representation, thereby facilitating successful solution design and development


• Production of high-quality and on-time Business Requirements Specification (BRS) documents, Business Process Flow documents, Test plans, and relevant end-user training documents.


• Model processes to clarify business requirements, and to enhance or re-engineer business processes, prior to, or in parallel with, solution design and implementation, as necessary

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in project management, Information Technology, or other related discipline. Post-graduate degree in a related field preferred.


• A minimum of 3 years in the Business Analyst function. This experience must include a track record of supporting business applications, documenting business processes, and designing application solutions.
