  • Prepare a wide range of fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including juicing stations, utensils, and equipment.

  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards to prevent cross-contamination and ensure the highest level of cleanliness.

  • Assist in developing and updating the juice menu with new and innovative recipes.

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines in the preparation of juices and smoothies.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and sanitation standards.

  • Stay informed about the health benefits and nutritional value of different fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients used in juices.


Job Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.

  • 1 - 3 years work experience.

  • Previous experience in food preparation, juice bars.

  • Basic knowledge in artending is a added advantage.

  • Knowledge of various fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients used in juice preparation.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • A keen eye for cleanliness and hygiene.
