Responsibilities:
As a Performance Management Specialist at Vitalvida, you will be a crucial player in enhancing overall productivity and efficiency within our organization. Your role will involve:
- Performance Management: Developing and executing effective performance management strategies that align with Vitalvida's objectives. Working closely with the leadership team to set performance targets for employees at all levels within the organization.
- Employee Coaching: Providing continuous coaching and support to employees, helping them develop their skills, overcome challenges, and reach their performance objectives.
- Data Analysis: Utilizing your strong analytical skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Feedback and Communication: Delivering clear and constructive feedback to employees, promoting open communication channels, and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Performance Improvement Initiatives: Proposing and implementing performance improvement initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
- Motivation and Engagement: Developing and implementing strategies to keep teams engaged and motivated, creating a positive work environment that encourages productivity and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven 3-5 years of experience in performance management, target setting, and employee coaching.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective feedback and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance improvement and motivate teams to achieve targets.
- Knowledge of performance management software and tools is a plus.
