Role and Responsibilities:


As the Business Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the foundation of our business, allowing the owner to be hands-off while receiving comprehensive reports. Your main responsibilities will include:



  • Structures and Processes: Develop and implement efficient business structures, processes, and workflows across departments, ensuring seamless integration and improved productivity.

  • Policies and Procedures: Create and establish company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines to ensure consistency, compliance, and optimal performance throughout the organization.

  • Reports and Performance Metrics: Design and implement reporting mechanisms and performance metrics that provide key insights to top management, enabling data-driven decision-making.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service, to align processes and foster a cohesive organizational culture.

  • Change Management: Lead and support teams through process changes, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the business and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.

  • Business Strategy Alignment: Align structures, processes, and policies with the company's long-term objectives, supporting our mission and vision.


Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience 10 years as a Business Operations Manager or similar role, preferably within the eCommerce or retail industry.

  • Strong expertise in creating and implementing business structures, processes, and policies.

  • Demonstrated ability to design and generate insightful reports and performance metrics.

  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving change.

  • Sound understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends in business operations.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions that align with business goals.
