Responsibilities

• Prospection and evaluation of the Client


• Verification of prospective clients' and guarantors' houses and businesses.


• Evaluating creditworthiness by processing loan applications and loan documents for the credit committee.


• Analyse financial data of clients’ businesses.


• Analysis of quantitative and qualitative data of client business and household.


• Complete all loan contracts and enlighten clients on banks' policies and restrictions.


• Disbursement target for each month must be achieved.


• Pre-disbursement and Post disbursement follow-up must be ensured to detect early cash diversion from clients.


• All funds disbursed must be fully recovered.


• Ensure that Portfolio At Risk (PAR) is always at low as possible.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels, and cross-sell products and services to accommodate quotas.


• Assess customer needs, explore all options, and introduce different types of loans.


• Build trust relationships, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.


• Operate in compliance with the bank’s laws and regulations.


• Strict adherence to lending compliance guidelines.
