We are seeking a talented and creative Product Designer to join our vibrant team at Vencru. As a Product Designer, you will be instrumental in creating delightful user experiences and intuitive interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
You will work to gather and evaluate user requirements, illustrate design ideas through various mediums, and build mockups and prototypes that bring our product vision to life.
Responsibilities:
Design and deliver elegant and delightful product experiences
Research, identify, and articulate customer needs
Create the wow in the solutions keeping in mind the user experience
Explore solution space and refine concepts via wireframes and detailed high-definition design
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
Clearly, articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders across markets and brands collaborating closely with Product Development Lead to define both long and short-term vision and roadmap for digital products
Adhere to style standards for fonts, colours, and images.
Actively collaborate with stakeholders throughout the design and development process
Build prototypes and design tests to validate customer needs, requirements, and behaviours
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
Collaborate within and cross-team to problem-solve design challenges and maintain a level of design consistency and coherence across
Requirements:
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices, with a focus on creating intuitive and delightful user experiences.
Excellent visual design skills, including a keen eye for typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
Experience building UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate product functionality and design concepts.
Ability to receive and incorporate feedback, iterate on designs, and meet project deadlines.
