Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.


• Assist guests with their luggage, providing efficient and courteous handling and delivery to their rooms.


• Accompany guests to their rooms, familiarizing them with the hotel's facilities and services along the way.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing lobby area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.


• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.


• Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests, such as calling taxis or arranging shuttle services.


• Safeguard guests' belongings and valuables, ensuring their secure storage and retrieval.


• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including room service and housekeeping.


• Comply with all safety and security procedures to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.


• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.


• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and transport heavy luggage.


• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.


• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
