A human resource speciallist who will support our business through delivering  professional human resources services in the following the following areas; hiring quality staff, conducting background checks, evaluation and performance managment, conduct disciplinary measures, managing employee benefits , training and development, recruitment and selection, job description, effective employee relations, developing work place atmospher, conflict resolution and legal compliance.
