Job Description



  • Direct the development and implementation of healthcare strategies, procedures and plans.

  • Responsible for overseeing the firm Doctor's operations

  • Guide Doctor's in a forward direction to enhance efficiency in day-to-day tasks such as paperwork, time management, documentation, and reporting processes.

  • Provide collaborative approach and seek to achieve optimal patient care outcomes.

  • Demonstrate leadership through guiding medical staff and supporting professional growth, while thinking of creative solutions to enhance our vision

  • Team with leadership members to develop goals and strategic objectives for the medical practice component of the organization

  • Evaluate, determine, and direct best practices and healthcare standards for the firm.

  • Ensure that we comply with government and regulatory standards

  • Be an Advocate for a firm and her mission through activities and speaking engagements and trainings

  • Engage in providing performance review with regard to medical competencies amongst doctors

  • Coordinate activities with the doctors, stakeholders, Nurses, and operations leadership.

  • Initiate and serve as the primary communicator to the all stakeholders

  • Develop programs, initiatives, operations, and standards for all medical related projects

  • Serve as a resource for Doctor's recruitment, medical program development, and overall company strategy.


Requirements



  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) with a 3+ years of clinical experience

  • Master’s Degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Healthcare is an added advantage. Administration, or a related field

  • 5+ years' leadership experience with progressively increasing responsibilities required; healthcare industry preferred

  • Proven ability at attaining company goals in a changing environment in which a wide degree of creativity and flexibility is required

  • Proven ability to manage the requirements of diverse stakeholders that participate in the organization’s business model, with the ability to lead through influence.

  • Serve as a key leader and spokesperson, collaborate frequently with other stakeholders, hospital and system leaders

  • Strong leadership attribute, ability to develop, plan, execute and provide result in a timely manner.
