Guide Doctor's in a forward direction to enhance efficiency in day-to-day tasks such as paperwork, time management, documentation, and reporting processes.
Provide collaborative approach and seek to achieve optimal patient care outcomes.
Demonstrate leadership through guiding medical staff and supporting professional growth, while thinking of creative solutions to enhance our vision
Team with leadership members to develop goals and strategic objectives for the medical practice component of the organization
Evaluate, determine, and direct best practices and healthcare standards for the firm.
Ensure that we comply with government and regulatory standards
Be an Advocate for a firm and her mission through activities and speaking engagements and trainings
Engage in providing performance review with regard to medical competencies amongst doctors
Coordinate activities with the doctors, stakeholders, Nurses, and operations leadership.
Initiate and serve as the primary communicator to the all stakeholders
Develop programs, initiatives, operations, and standards for all medical related projects
Serve as a resource for Doctor's recruitment, medical program development, and overall company strategy.
Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) with a 3+ years of clinical experience
Master’s Degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Healthcare is an added advantage. Administration, or a related field
5+ years' leadership experience with progressively increasing responsibilities required; healthcare industry preferred
Proven ability at attaining company goals in a changing environment in which a wide degree of creativity and flexibility is required
Proven ability to manage the requirements of diverse stakeholders that participate in the organization’s business model, with the ability to lead through influence.
Serve as a key leader and spokesperson, collaborate frequently with other stakeholders, hospital and system leaders
Strong leadership attribute, ability to develop, plan, execute and provide result in a timely manner.
