Our client in the Real Estate sector is looking for an experienced and ambitious Real Estate Business Development Specialist who will take responsibility for identifying opportunities for business growth and optimizing marketing strategies.
He will also analyze business processes and finances, implement business plans, and establish effective networks.
He must also have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a Real Estate Company.
Responsibilities
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing strategies.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Attend various educational programs and conferences
Communicate with clients
Build strong relationships with clients
Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel
Qualification
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
2 years of experience as a Business Development Specialist or similar role
Have research experience
Have excellent financial skills
Exceptional data analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
