- Our client is on a growth trajectory and we are in need of a talented Project Managers/Estimators to join their growing team.
- The Estimator will be responsible for collaborating with current and proposed clients to provide them with timely, accurate and profitable quotes for work they need done.
- This role is critical to keeping our growing team of Technicians busy with productive work.
Key Duties
- Phone calls to clients to accurately estimate project costs
- Preparing and sending detailed job estimates to clients and following up with them to ensure job is accepted and scheduled on time
- Work closely with clients, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure job requirements are met and jobs are completed to scope, budget and schedule
- Coordinate the client follow up process to ensure all leads are followed up on and there are no clients left behind
Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- The ideal candidate will speak English fluent to appeal to a North American audience and have a progressive 5-10 years of experience working in a similar role (In Construction/Trades, Building Maintenance, Property Management, Repair Service etc.).
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must speak fluently to appeal to a North American audience
- Understand construction and how long it takes to complete typical tasks
- Love to engage people and make connections
- Exceptional customer service skill
- Ability to use basic computer software
- Sales, marketing, and business development skills
- Passion for growth and drive to achieve goals/numbers
Experience:
- Construction estimating: 5 years (Required)
- Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
- Fluency in North American English.
Salary and Benefits
- Base Pay for this position starts at $500 per month, with the potential of making multiples of that in commissions based on jobs closed.
- Supplemental pay types: Commission Pay.
