We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our office in Lagos who will perform essential administrative duties around the office as well as inspection both for customers and the operations team.
Job Description
Greet and welcome guests as well as employees of the organisation.
Inspect equipment and materials before the operations team leaves the premises for any job.
Collect reports from the Operations team and forward them to the right quarters.
Ensure the office is always provided with necessary supplies.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree with relevant work experience.
Must reside in Ajah.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
