Job Description

• We are looking for a Training Manager to support the growth and development of our employees.


• You will contribute to business success and ensure that the employees are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.


• You will play a critical role in helping individuals enhance their skills and knowledge.


• You must have experience in career development, knowledge management, competency mapping and operational excellence.


• In this capacity, you will develop and execute learning and development strategies, deliver training programs, assess training needs, and track learning effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop Training interventions that support corporate goals and strategies.


• Ensure the employees are motivated and empowered to perform through various initiatives such as onboarding, mentoring, and organizing training to address skills gaps.


• Collaborate with employees and managers to support career development and manage training budget.


• Design learning and development initiatives aligned to competency framework, career path, and succession plans.


• Develop budget and annual training plans to address the needs of the organization.


• Ensure the training programs are cost effective to support the organization people management strategy.


• Propose and manage budget for Training programs.

Educational & Professional Requirments

• A Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering


• Minimum of 10 years proven work experience


• Proven record of workforce development in a manufacturing or Technology Organization


• Practical Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma/SCRUM Competencies & Skills


• Presentation Skills


• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.


• Excellent mentorship and leadership skills


• Strategic mindset


• Creative & Problem-solving skills.
