Job Summary



  • As a Business Development Officer, Digital Services your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth and revenue by identifying and securing new clients, fostering relationships with existing clients, and promoting our digital products and services.

  • You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service.


Job Responsibilities



  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Proactively seek out and generate new leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, cold calling, and referrals.

  • Implement effective lead-generation strategies, such as email marketing campaigns, social media outreach, and content marketing initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide effective solutions.

  • Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and strengthen long-term relationships.

  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of our digital products and services.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions that effectively reach and attract potential clients

  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company's visibility, establish new connections, and generate leads.

  • Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and agreements with potential clients.

  • Close deals and secure new clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for business growth.

  • Conduct competitor analysis to understand their offerings, pricing, and strategies and position our products effectively in the market.

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify target segments, assess market potential, and develop effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets.

  • Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress.

  • Analyze sales data, key performance indicators, and market trends to generate regular sales reports and provide actionable insights to the management team.

  • Participate in sales team meetings and contribute to discussions on sales strategies, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Continuously refine and optimize sales processes and methodologies based on data-driven insights and best practices.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum qualification: HND / Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 2 years experience (Experience working in a healthcare organization would give an additional advantage).

  • Comfortable with MS Office - Word/Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook.

  • Ability to work and contribute in a team.

  • Ability to deliver quality service always.

  • Understanding of business principles.

  • Proven experience in business development, digital sales, or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of digital products, services, and sales processes.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
