Job Description
LOCATION: Abijo, Lekki/Ajah.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Database administration of VLE and SMS software
- Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Active Directory Management
- Ensure system security by installing system patches and antivirus upgrade
- Internal resource person for basic ICT training
- Manage the IT Infrastructure of the location.
- Providing first level IT helpdesk service and technical support to staff.
- Update computer software as well as upgrading application software and systems and handle all software related issues
- Installing and configuring computer systems, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
Required Skills
- Relevant degree certificate form a reputable tertiary institution.
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Candidate must reside around location (Ajah/Ibeju, Abijo)
- Having a working knowledge of common information technologies and system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 application
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
- Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
