Duties and Key Responsibilities
- The Team Lead is expected to assist the Business Managers and Assistant Business Manager in handling various tasks related to business management.
- To support the company by providing quality customer service and communicating with head managers and department heads to achieve a common goal.
- Responsible for preparing work schedules (Rota) for the team.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Liaise with clients, finding and creating business opportunities for the company.
- To help the team understand performance targets and goals.
- To identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Secure cinema stock by ensuring cinema security systems, controls and measures is functioning and are being strictly followed.
- To undertake administrative tasks, oversee the management of the day-to-day activities of the cinemas.
- To proactively manage operational costs on a day-to-day basis.
- To support the business manager in the effective management of controllable costs, third party contractors and team members.
- To plan, perform and manage efficiently all operational tasks within the cinema.
- To continually give feedback to the business manager and colleagues’ ways in which cinema operations can be improved and to always champion the needs of the guests and team members.
