We are looking to hire an experienced Direct Sales Office. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our investment products to individual clients.
You will play a crucial role in expanding our investment portfolio and driving financial prosperity for our customers.
You will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales for the Invest product.
This includes and is not limited to conducting inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets, qualifying leads, and presenting the product to prospects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in direct sales and a passion for helping people invest their money.
The telesales executive’s responsibilities also include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible.
Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales targets for the investment product, contributing significantly to the growth of the organization’s investment portfolio.
Customer acquisition and relationship management.
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
Qualify leads and determine their interest in the Invest product.
Present the Invest product to prospects and answer their questions.
Close sales and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain a close relationship with existing customers and upsell them on additional products.
Provide excellent customer service to all prospects and customers.
Track and report on sales performance.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers needs and preferences.
Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
Requirements
HND/Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
2-3 years Experience in Direct Sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
Proven track record of success in direct sales, with a focus on investment products or financial services/FinTech.
Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and investment strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
Sound knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
