Job Description



  • Build up a business by identifying new business prospects and selling Logistics services to them. Maintain relationships with current clients.

  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships, Identify and develop business opportunities for the logistic services.


Roles / Responsibilities



  • Meet with potential clients to determine their needs

  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities

  • Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions.

  • Identify sales leads, pitch products to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products

  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports

  • Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job

  • Form a close working relationship with other business units and departments within the organization to ensure we deliver world-class value to our clients and business partners.

  • Formulate a market penetration plan and execute the marketing program of the company.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned.


General Skills Requirements



  • A First Degree or post-graduate Diploma in Marketing, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline

  • Minimum of 3-year sales experience, preferably with relevant experience in the Logistics industry

  • The ability and desire to sell.

  • A positive, confident, and determined approach.

  • Familiarity with product and sales analysis

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
