Job Summary
- The center head is responsible for the overall management and operations of a specific center or branch of an organization.
- They oversee all aspects of the center, including sales, customer service, staffing, and financial performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve the center's goals and objectives
- Monitor and manage the center's financial performance, including budgets, revenue, and expenses
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service and perform their duties effectively
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure that the center is clean, organized, and safe for customers and employees
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase the center's visibility and attract new customers
- Prepare and submit regular reports on the center's performance to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve the center's operations and customer service
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in management, preferably in a retail or customer service environment
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Familiarity with financial statements and budgeting processes
- Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies is a plus
