Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or relevant field preferred
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry required
- Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent leaderships skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage operating costs in accordance with budgets
- Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Previous restaurant experience
- Prior work as a manager or supervisor
- Excellent customer service
- Training in food safety
- Experience with long shifts.
