Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or relevant field preferred


• 3 - 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry required


• Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Excellent leaderships skills


• Demonstrated ability to manage operating costs in accordance with budgets


• Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed


• Extremely organized and detail-oriented


• Previous restaurant experience


• Prior work as a manager or supervisor


• Excellent customer service


• Training in food safety


• Experience with long shifts.
