Assist the Product Management team in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and user needs in the education sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Content Development, and Marketing, to ensure successful product implementation and launch.
Contribute to defining product requirements and creating detailed product roadmaps aligned with business goals and user requirements.
Participate in user testing and gather feedback to validate product features and iterate on product improvements.
Support the development of user personas, user stories, and wireframes to guide product development.
Analyse user data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate actionable insights to optimize product performance and user engagement.
Assist in creating product documentation, including product specifications, user guides, and release notes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest EdTech trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to share valuable insights with the Product Management team.
