Job Description

• Design and supervise the construction of ALL civil/Structural infrastructure projects, including roads, rig site  Location preparation for drilling activities, bridges, process equipments foundations, pilling of different sorts, and accommodations and classrooms, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and client specifications.


• Prepare comprehensive engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates, and coordinated with government agencies for obtaining necessary permits and approvals.


• Prepare detailed project reports and progress updates, presenting findings and recommendations to management and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a strong emphasis on structural design and construction management.


• A Postgraduate qualification, preferably an MBA or Relevant Master's Degree in an Engineering discipline is an added advantage.


• Proficiency in using industry-standard software for structural analysis and design; AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, and SAP2000.


• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.


• Professional membership e.g. The Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers. (NICE), Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN) is an added advantage.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


• Strong leadership abilities, with experience in leading and managing interdisciplinary teams.
