Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies: Create, manage, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to search engines, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Drive website traffic and user acquisition: Implement strategies to attract and convert potential customers into loyal users. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content that drives traffic and generates leads.
- Analyze and optimize campaigns: Use data-driven insights to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-backed decisions for continual improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions to achieve growth targets.
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO): Implement A/B testing and other CRO tactics to improve conversion rates at various stages of the customer journey, from initial engagement to conversion and retention.
- SEO and content optimization: Collaborate with the content team to ensure that the website and other digital assets are optimized for search engines. Identify relevant keywords and implement on-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Social media management: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive website traffic. Monitor social media performance and interact with followers to build a strong online community.
- Email marketing campaigns: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing customers. Ensure email content is relevant, personalized, and aligns with the overall marketing objectives.
- Monitor industry trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Proactively identify new opportunities and innovative approaches to achieve growth goals.
