Job Description:



  • We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Growth and Marketing Lead to drive Salad’s growth across various markets.

  • You will be responsible for developing, driving, and executing Salad’s marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support Salad’s revenue goals.

  • Create, manage, and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.

  • Conceive and execute a wide range of content campaigns to drive user education, user engagement, and user growth.

  • Conduct ongoing A / B testing to optimize and increase the effectiveness of Growth and Marketing efforts.

  • Own and execute media plans and targeting, spend targets, and messaging strategies.

  • Develop, implement, track, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, and drive content creation.

  • Implement SEO-driven tests to drive a larger number of high-quality leads into our funnel.

  • Take ownership of Salad’s marketing channels, track, and measure success and performance.

  • Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.

  • Automate campaigns to potential targets through various touch points like emails, Linkedin, etc.

  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Solid experience with B2B sales marketing

  • Good project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.

  • 3+ years’ experience in SEO, digital marketing, growth marketing

  • Experience working in the tech space

  • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns

  • Extensive knowledge of website analytic tools, Google ads, and social media advertising

  • Knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, Mailchimp, or other Social Media Management Systems would be an added advantage

  • Certifications in digital marketing, and B2B sales marketing would be an added advantage.
