As a Loan Sales Officer your primary duties are to sell loans, including developing and maintaining relationships with clients, evaluating various loan applications and managing loan portfolios.
Responsibilities:
Conduct the research and analysis of market trends and competitive situation;
Oversee the achievement of sales objectives and market objectives;
Evaluating credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
Interviewing applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
Determining all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans
Brand publicity and other marketing related work.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related discipline
Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience as a loan officer
Ability to work in a team and work as an individual player
