Job Summary



  • As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely processing of customer orders.

  • Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming sales orders, from the point of receipt to successful delivery.

  • You will collaborate closely with the sales team, warehouse personnel, and logistics partners to coordinate the fulfilment process.


Job Description



  • Process incoming sales orders with precision and attention to detail, verifying accuracy and completeness.

  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability for order fulfilment.

  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve any order-related issues, such as product availability, shipping delays, or customer inquiries.

  • Liaise with shipping carriers and logistics partners to arrange timely and cost-effective deliveries.

  • Update order status and tracking information in the system, keeping customers informed of their order's progress.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve order fulfilment processes and customer satisfaction.

  • Adhere to established company policies and procedures related to order processing and inventory management.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all orders and related documentation.


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree

  • At least seven years of experience as an Order Fulfilment Specialist, or a similar position.

  • Hands-on experience with sales software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented and committed to ensuring order accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing software.

  • A problem-solving mindset to handle order-related challenges promptly and efficiently.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
