Key Responsibilities



  • Handle efficient filing and electronic archiving systems.

  • Prepare the call backs analysis on weekly basis

  • Assist the Technical Engineering Officer in the preparation of suitable training materials.

  • Identify cases where recurrent infestation and/or lack of cooperation by the client requires follow up action by the Technical Officer.

  • Prepare Service Reports and other technical reports and send them to clients within predefined deadlines.

  • Prepare Audit files and documents of audited clients and keep them updated.

  • Coordinate, advise and follow up with clients on sanitation and proofing recommendations.


Job Requirements



  • Bsc in Environmental Sciences or any science related course

  • 1-2 years of experience in an environmental consulting company or other related industries

  • Must have a ‘can do attitude’ and must be willing to learn on the job

  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office

  • Male is highly preferred for this role
