Job Summary 



  • We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Operations Manager to join our dedicated team. As the Operation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of educational programs and optimising operational efficiency within our tutorial and education-focused organisation.


Responsibilities 



  • Teacher/Tutor Management: Oversee teaching staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Ensure tutors are equipped with the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality educational services.

  • Implement professional development programs to enhance teaching skills and methodologies. 

  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the educational expert/ Head of tutor to design and develop comprehensive and engaging curricula that align with industry standards and cater to the needs of the students

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the tutorial business. Oversee marketing campaigns, social media presence, and other promotional activities to attract new students and retain existing ones 

  • Lead the sales team in driving enrollment and achieving revenue targets. Monitor sales performance and implement training programs to enhance the team’s effectiveness

  • Ensure the quality and effectiveness of tutorial sessions by conducting evaluations, gathering student and parent feedback, and implementing improvements based on the feedback

  • Streamline operational processes and procedures to optimise resource allocation and enhance efficiency. 

  • Establish and maintain a student support system to address concerns, provide academic assistance, and ensure a positive learning experience 

  • Analyse educational and sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve business performance.

  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between departments such as curriculum development, marketing, and sales, to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving business goals.

  • Ensure compliance with educational regulations, accreditation standards, and internal quality assurance processes, maintaining the organization’s reputation for excellence. 

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with educational partners, institutions, and community stakeholders to explore collaborative opportunities and enhance program offerings.


Requirements 



  • Proven experience in education management or related operational roles with at least 4 years of relevant experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field, A master's degree will be an advantage

  • Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire teams and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

  • A deep understanding of educational methodologies, curriculum development, and learning outcomes.

  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and sales techniques to effectively promote and grow the business

  • Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with staff, students, parents, and other stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Data analytics to drive informed decision-making

  • Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively

  • Identifying challenges and finding creative solutions to address them 

  • Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic educational landscape and stay updated with industry trends.

  • A genuine passion for education and a commitment to providing exceptional learning experiences.


Key Relationships



  • Reports to the CEO

  • Works closely with HR on staff recruitment and culture alignment

  • Coordinates with COO on Operations matters 

  • Directly manages the entire functional department within the organization.
