Job Description



  • The Executive Account Manager role is based in Nigeria and the candidate will be responsible for working alongside resellers to create awareness and demand for Branded Promo products from end users

  • This will involve opening the doors to the right decision makers, identifying and registering new resellers, and fostering relationships with both new and existing resellers.

  • The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing and expanding the client base in Nigeria and driving sales growth for Nigeria.


Key Responsibilities



  • Execute the sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets in Nigeria.

  • Identify new business opportunities with potential clients and nurture relationships to drive business growth.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns that align with client needs and exceed expectations.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and enhance overall performance.


Requirements



  • 10+ years of experience in sales and account management.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish connections with potential clients and resellers.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the value proposition of products and services.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of the Nigerian market, including industry trends and key players, is highly desirable.

  • Excellent following through on projects, and meetings.

  • A valid driver's license, vehicle and willingness to travel as needed within Nigeria.
