Job Summary
- To manage and optimize the entire journey of our consumers, from when we reach them to when they become loyal referrers.
- Analysing customer data and metrics to gain insights into customer behaviour, preferences, and trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies and initiatives to attract new consumers and drive consumer acquisition
- Optimize conversion tunnels and identify channels for reaching potential consumers
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to execute targeted acquisition campaigns
- Review onboarding process to ensure all necessary information, guidance, and support during consumer onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Address any challenges or question to ensure consumer satisfaction
- Develop & execute strategies to engage consumers and keep them actively involved with the brand
- Implement personalized communications and targeted promotions
- Creating or partnering to ensure we have a consumer loyalty program.
- Analyse consumer behaviour and preferences to identify potential risks of churn
- Develop and implement retention initiatives to ensure consumer loyalty
- Ensure product improvements based on consumer feedback
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling using our product recommender system
- Work with the B2C Product team to create new products based on consumer feedback.
- Cultivate a community of loyal and satisfied consumers through advocacy programs
- Encourage and leverage consumer testimonials, referrals, and social proof to enhance brand reputation
- Analyse consumer data and metrics to gain insights into consumer behaviour, preferences and trends
- Utilise data-driven insights to optimize strategies at each stage of the consumer lifecycle
- Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing the consumer experience.
Education & Experience
Academic Qualification(s):
- A First Degree.
- An MBA will be added advantage.
- Relevant professional qualification(s) will be an added advantage.
Experience (Number of relevant years):
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
