Responsibilities



  • General Maintenance: Conducting regular inspections of the school premises to identify and address issues such as plumbing problems, electrical malfunctions, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) maintenance, and general repairs.

  • Safety Inspections: Conducting safety checks to ensure that the school meets all safety standards and regulations. This includes examining fire exits, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, and other safety equipment.

  • Groundskeeping: Overseeing the maintenance of the school grounds, including the playground, lawns, gardens, and parking areas.

  • Security Management: Collaborating with the school administration to implement security measures and monitoring systems, such as surveillance cameras and access control systems.

  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring that all school equipment, such as projectors, interactive whiteboards, and audio-visual systems, are in working order.

  • Routine Cleaning and Upkeep: Supervising janitorial staff or performing cleaning tasks as needed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the school.

  • Waste Management: Managing waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently and responsibly.

  • Inventory Management: Keeping track of supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed, and maintaining an inventory of essential materials.
