Position Overview:
- As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our corporate health insurance customer base.
- You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and presenting our insurance products and services to decision-makers in various companies and organizations.
- The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success in selling corporate health insurance products and be well-versed in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for corporate health insurance products.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the designated territory.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR departments, and other stakeholders in target companies.
- Understand clients' specific healthcare insurance needs and tailor product offerings to meet their requirements.
- Address client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
Product Presentations and Proposals:
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and advantages of our corporate health insurance products to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials and collateral.
Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Manager.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal departments, including underwriting, claims, and customer service, to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in selling corporate health insurance products.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the healthcare insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate health insurance policies, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
