In charge of attracting, recruiting, retaining and developing right talents in order to meet the business requirements
To ensure ADRON manages its people appropriately so as to adopt best practice and comply with employment legislation, mitigating any risks to the business
Responsible for preparation of HR budget, and participation at regular Management meetings is key.
To provide specialist advice on a range of HR issues where required and provide support during management meetings in the assigned continent
To implement agreed company HR policies and procedures
Create and review job profiles and KPIs as required
Take ownership of the Training plan for the continent and ensure this is delivered accordingly
Manage all employee change procedures in line with company policies
Properly handling documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping requirements
Ensure employee absenteeism is monitored and reported on a monthly basis and issues dealt with at the earliest opportunity
Provide monthly reporting on Regional Business Managers to DHR.
Assist with Input, maintaining and validating personnel records on Companies’ integrated HR & Payroll systems ensuring payroll submission is accurate
Draft Offer letters/Contracts of employment, invitation letters for disciplinary, grievance committees
Develop and deliver training programs relevant to the needs of the business
Liaise with the Training and Development team on all training plans and support learning and development programmes.
Ensure all parts of the HR set up in the continent are compliant for all site audits.
Have an open-door policy so that employees can communicate their problems freely. This helps improve employee job satisfaction and retain talent.
Requirements
A good BSC/HND degree
CIPM and other related professional Certificates will an additional advantage.
At least 8-12 years’ experience as an HR PROFESSIONAL in any related industry.
Experienced in end-to-end Human Resource processes across various industries.
