Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outsourcing strategies in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.


• Identify potential outsourcing opportunities.


• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with clients to ensure optimal terms and conditions.


• Oversee the day-to-day operations of outsourced functions, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.


• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any issues promptly and fostering a collaborative partnership.


• Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, implementing corrective actions when necessary.


• Work closely with external stakeholders to understand their outsourcing needs and ensure effective communication.


• Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement in outsourcing operations.


• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in outsourcing and vendor management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.


• A Master's Degree is a plus.


• 10 years of proven experience in outsourcing management and relationship management.


• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.


• Strong project management and organizational skills.


• Adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


• Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
