Our client is looking for a Human Resource Executive who will be responsible for Preparation of HR MIS for sharing with Corporate Office on a monthly basis.
Responsibilities
Attendance and Leave Management of all Expats.
Salary Processing of all Staff Local and Expats
Timely payment of salary
Preparation of HR MIS for sharing with Corporate Office on a monthly basis.
EE & RR Engagement Tracker
Recruitment & Selection process of Local Staff.
Salary negotiation with comparison of existing staff salary.
Release of offer letter.
KRA to fill for all Expats after 15 days of joining.
Confirmation form to be initiated before completion of 06 months.
Issue of Confirmation letter
Maintain Confirmation Tracker.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related (essential).
3-5 years of experience as an HR executive (essential).
Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Exposure to payroll practices.
Full understanding of HR functions in the factory and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
