Job Description

• As a Fashion House Teacher Facilitator, you will be responsible for overseeing the educational programs and providing support to the teachers and students in GMYT's fashion school.


• Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of education, fostering a creative learning environment, and empowering aspiring fashion designers to excel in their craft.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the fashion school's management team to develop comprehensive and up-to-date fashion design curricula that align with industry standards and trends.


• Facilitate the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical hands-on experience, ensuring a well-rounded and relevant learning experience for students.


• Support teachers in effectively implementing the curriculum, providing guidance and resources to enhance the quality of instruction.


• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to equip fashion teachers with the latest teaching methodologies, techniques, and best practices.


• Conduct regular evaluations of teacher performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing professional development plans where needed.


• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among the teaching staff.


• Provide individual and group mentorship to fashion students, guiding them in their creative journey and helping them overcome challenges.


• Facilitate student engagement and collaboration, organizing fashion-related events, workshops, and competitions to showcase their talent and foster networking opportunities.


• Identify and address students' individual learning needs, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all.


• Facilitate connections with industry professionals, guest lecturers, and mentors to provide students with valuable insights into the fashion industry.


• Collaborate with fashion houses, designers, and other industry stakeholders to arrange internships and opportunities for students to gain real-world experience.


• Assist in the management of student enrollment, class schedules, and educational resources.


• Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and academic performance.


• Collaborate with the fashion school's administrative team to ensure smooth operations and compliance with educational regulations.
