Job Responsibilities

The candidates will be assigned the following primary responsibilities, among others:



  • Drive extensive business development in the Financial Services sector.

  • Expand market share and visibility in the financial sector.

  • Deploy online and direct marketing techniques for maximum success.

  • Carry out winning presentations to prospects to support business development.

  • Achieve defined business volumes and executive sales.


Requirements



  • HR or related background with a 2.1 or First Class from a top-tier university.

  • A second Degree or professional qualification is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years Learning & Development Experience.

  • Curriculum Development experience.

  • Evidence of meeting and exceeding sales targets at Executive levels.

  • Excellent business writing and presentation skills.

  • Strong B2B Business Development skills.

  • Strong experience in the Financial Services, Technology or Energy Sectors.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Strong networking ability.
