The candidates will be assigned the following primary responsibilities, among others:
- Drive extensive business development in the Financial Services sector.
- Expand market share and visibility in the financial sector.
- Deploy online and direct marketing techniques for maximum success.
- Carry out winning presentations to prospects to support business development.
- Achieve defined business volumes and executive sales.
Requirements
- HR or related background with a 2.1 or First Class from a top-tier university.
- A second Degree or professional qualification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years Learning & Development Experience.
- Curriculum Development experience.
- Evidence of meeting and exceeding sales targets at Executive levels.
- Excellent business writing and presentation skills.
- Strong B2B Business Development skills.
- Strong experience in the Financial Services, Technology or Energy Sectors.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong networking ability.
