Role Summary
The summary role of an RSA is to achieve Management’s Sales objectives for HiiT Online Training (HOT).
Key Accountabilities:
Marketing Management Functions:
- Responsible for actualization of Territory’s Marketing and sales Objectives for HiiT Online Training (HOT)
- Manage the conversion process of allocated leads as well as self-generated leads to achieve at least 75% lead conversion in line with S/N 1 above.
- Manage and prioritize tasks to meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
Customer Relations Management Functions:
- Contact prospective customers to achieve sales growth/conversion while Maintaining ourstandards of engagement.
- Identify and understand customers’ needs, and prose appropriate solutions.
Core Competencies & Skills
- Must be ICT and Social Media Savvy.
- Excellent inbound and out bound calls management.
- Excellent Sales skills with the ability to close sales.
- At least intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in order to present information clearly.
- Excellent work ethics and Integrity.
- Time management and follow-up Skills.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any Social Sciences field with at least 2/2 from an approved Tertiary Institution.
- A minimum of 2-year proven experience inMarketing and Customer Relations Managementin a corporate environment.
- Minimum of 1+ year proven experience as a Call Centre Agent in an organization.
- Generic understanding of the Nigerian ICT Education Sector.
