Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications.


• Proven work experience of not less than 3 years as an Accountant, preferably in an educational or non-profit setting.


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and GAAP.


• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications.


• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.


• Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and ethical financial practices.

Must also have:

• Experience in Quick books


• Experience and familiarity using Excel


• Experience with Cost accounting


• Must have experience accounting in a School environment


• MUST Be ACCA / ICAN Certified.
