Role Overview:



  • As a Commission-Based Business Development Associate, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients who can benefit from our branding and design services.

  • You will act as the face of Kle Studio, showcasing our expertise and understanding the client's needs to offer tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:



  • Proactively prospect and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including online research, networking events, and cold outreach.

  • Conduct in-depth research to understand clients' industries, needs, and pain points, and present how our branding and design solutions can address those effectively.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, nurturing them through the sales pipeline and converting them into clients.

  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop compelling proposals and pitch presentations that align with the client's goals.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to offer valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the overall growth of the agency.


Requirements:



  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field, with a focus on creative services, branding, or design industries.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively and build rapport with a diverse clientele.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong understanding of branding and design concepts, as well as market trends and client preferences.

  • Tech-savvy and familiar with using CRM tools and other sales software to manage leads and opportunities effectively.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.

  • A strong network of contacts within relevant industries is a plus.
