  • This role exists to achieve revenue targets by maximizing the NMT business potential Non-Oil & Gas segment in assigned locations through acquiring new customers/clients, selling NMT products and services to new and existing customers/clients, and expanding and diversifying NMT clientele and products and services.


Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of the occupier of this role are:



  • Identify and enlist new sales leads.

  • Pitching products and services to both existing and new customers

  • Maintaining profitable and sustained business relationships with NMT customers - both existing and potential.


When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:



  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets

  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing

  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays

  • Contacting clients to inform them about NMT’s New Product Developments.

  • Developing quotes and proposals

  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person

  • Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met

  • Write reports and provide timely feedback to AGM Sales & Business Development.


Qualifications



  • B.Sc or HND in Sales / Business Development or any related field

  • Minimum of 4 years of Sales and Business development

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • MS Office suite proficiency

  • Negotiation skills

  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events

  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

  • Excellent time management and self-driven

  • Driving skills with a driver’s license.
