Job Description



We seek an energetic, ambitious and results-driven individual to play a key role in our fast-developing Operations function. The role has strong growth potential, in line with Company growth and objectives. You will be reporting directly to a Co-Founder with the opportunity to make a real difference.


The role involves the following tasks:



  • Customer Services: Lead and develop our customer service function, providing first-line and transaction support to our platform users

  • Sales enablement: Support the Sales team by providing analysis and costings required for account development or new sales opportunities

  • Reporting: Maintain operational metrics & KPIs, and provide timely reporting to identify issues and areas for improvement

  • Product Development: When required, create specifications of new technology-based requirements to the software team to improve the Operations function


Tasks may be varied from time to time depending on the needs of the business.


Requirements:


We’re looking for an ambitious and confident individual with strong customer-facing skills. Key requirements include:



  • Degree level education

  • Entrepreneurial and “can do” mindset

  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, agile startup environment

  • Demonstrable customer service skills against targets over at least 2 years

  • Excellent communication skills in person and in writing

  • Ability to collate and analyse data in spreadsheets, and prepare reports

  • Ideally, the candidate will have some industry-specific experience within one or more of the following: wholesale, grocery retail, hospitality, Food & Beverage
