Reconciliation of clients account (HMO) with medical records and finance department
Engage in organizational contract development and management activities while enforcing organisational principles of integrity and compliance
Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organisational database s and securely maintained
Develop standards for contracts and tariff, including presentation of budget, payment terms, general language and provisions
Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and client requirements, facilitate pricing discussions, and obtain senior management inputs on timelines and deliverables
Develop and execute negotiation strategies that minimize potential losses and benefit the healthcare organisation's financial performance.
Review contractual performance of both parties to ensure compliance with terms and to identify conflicts or changes requiring resolution at contract renewal.
Requirements
Bsc/HND in Business Administration or any related field
Proficient in the use of MS Office especially MS Excel
