JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a competent Consulting firm with experience on QuickBooks Accounting Software (Cloud version), who would also train our finance team on the application of the software

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a licenced Cloud version of QuickBooks Accounting Software with all features relevant for the operations of not-for-profit Organizations


• Carry out the installation of the purchased QuickBooks Accounting Software on the systems of the organization in consultation with the management of the organization


• Develop a comprehensive chart of Account relevant to the operations of not-for-profit organization on the purchased QuickBooks Accounting software


• Facilitate a training of finance staff on the use of the QuickBooks Accounting software


• Compile and present a detailed report at the end of the consultancy

QUALIFICATION

In addition to having a previous experience in accounting, the consultancy program is focused on accounting principles, regulations and financial reporting and often involve practical experience. Applying firms must have the following qualification:

• The organization must be registered with the CAC with years proven experience of consultancy


• The organization must submit a company profile


• The firm must have a tax clearance certificate for the current year of assessment


• Proven experience using QuickBooks Accounting software


• ACA, ACCA membership is an added advantage
