Responsibilities

• Response to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions.


• Identify and report system issues. Monitor and test resolution of issues.


• Record activities, solutions, and other responses to request for service.


• IT Documentation and participate in policy, procedure and standards development


• Support the IT Digital Team in maintaining hardware, software and other systems.

Proficiencies

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.


• Proficiency in common IT Applications.


• Basic understanding of computer networking, infrastructure applications


• Reasonable Proficiency in Cloud Computing, Database development, Oracle, My SQL, Asp.Net, Front-end Design and Scripting, UI/UX Designing and Graphics.


• Resourceful and Innovative.


• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.


• Social Media Savvy.

Remuneration

NGN40,000 - NGN50,000 Monthly and Commisions.
